If you are interested in dreams, then you might have often wondered if it is possible to dream what you want because this way you can live your fantasies in the dream world.
Dreams are very much similar to reality because there also we feel emotions and sensations like in the real world. For example, when you get hit by a car you will feel the pain, when you cuddle your lover you will feel love, when you touch the fire your hands will burn, all this happens in your dream world exactly as it would be in your waking life.

Since the day I first saw the movie “the secret” I have been on a very interesting journey which has taken me through various different phases of life and caused frequent changes of mindset.
I have been a super enthusiastic believer of the law of attraction, I have been to the skeptic side and I have also reached the place where I got into the state of flow manifesting things quickly, but none of those states lasted for long. However, I learned so many lessons which have helped me to understand that to alter your current reality you need to do some serious inner work.

That was not a speculative statement, mindfulness has helped me to become an emotionally healthy person by pulling me out of depression. So, I really want you to understand that it is far better than any other technique especially because it’s easy and you can use it anytime, anywhere.
Mindfulness meditation is all about present moment awareness, using some simple methods you bring your attention to the NOW moment.

Whenever I explore a new personal development program, I often get annoyed by the strategies they use to promote their products because many of them do it based on the very old myth that we use only 10 percent of our brains.
They use Albert Einstein as an example of a person who has used his brain more than others. What’s so astounding about all this is that they have got us to believe in it despite of the fact that no legitimate research work or study has backed up this speculation.
So, how much of the brain do we actually use? 100%!.. Come on, why would the rest of the brain part would even exist if we are not using it? And if that’s true then like appendix we can get it removed, ask those advertisers to prove their point by doing that.
Some very interesting movies have also used this particular conjecture as the basis of their whole plot. Limitless and Lucy are two well-known movies that were based on this concept.

This meditation will not only help you to become aware in your dreams, but it will also relax your body and mind, hence it will relieve you from any tiredness or stress that you might be carrying from your day.
The soundtracks containing binaural beats are indeed effective to help you in lucid dreaming, but I always prefer to avoid external aids when it is about getting into a deep relaxed state of mind.
I do use guided visualizations sometimes, but I am a little disinclined to the use of brainwave entrainment (I have talked about this in my post – Dangers of Using Binaural Beats), however, I won’t stop you from using binaural audios because I know that different people have different experiences with it.
